Part-time Customer Success Specialist

The Partner Sales is an IT service company. Directness and sarcasm flow through any meeting or real-life encounter. We help organizations with IT systems and software by bringing knowledge and linking organizations to the right companies. We conduct thorough analysis with our customers in order to find out which company they can connect with to have the right system implemented. So, you don’t need a lot of IT knowledge!

Location: Amsterdam

Status: Part-Time

Salary: €13.00 – €16.00/hr

Responsibilities

As a part-time customer success specialist in the office in Amsterdam, you can work flexibly from home and at the office in Zwanenburg or Amsterdam. Understanding of IT is nice, but expertise is not required. Responsibilities include:

  • Call new and existing customers and help them with their questions;
  • Identify needs and provide advice;
  • Link the right supplier to your customer;
  • Close deals and take care of relationship management.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum MBO education and experience;

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and affinity with IT;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
