Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be leading sales teams to reach sales targets and overseeing daily operations in the sales department.

The Partner Sales is an IT service company. Directness and sarcasm flow through any meeting or real-life encounter. We help organizations with IT systems and software by bringing knowledge and linking organizations to the right companies. We conduct thorough analysis with our customers in order to find out which company they can connect with to have the right system implemented. So, you don’t need a lot of IT knowledge!

Status: Full-Time

Salary: €3,000 -€3,700/mo

Responsibilities

  • Take care of incoming inquiries from a wide variety of companies;
  • Contact potential companies with the aim of working together;
  • Connect potential companies to The Partner Sales platform;
  • Expand existing customer relationships.

    • Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Ability to think and act commercially;
  • Persuasive and empathetic at the same time;
  • Communicating on the phone is easy for you;
  • Knowledge to ask the right questions;
  • Fluency in German, proficient in English.
